The third-party engineer deemed the slightly charred roof sheathing and trusses structurally sound. A qualified company repaired the wiring damage, and our SERVPRO team cleaned up the fire-damaged area, as shown in the After Photo. The not-visible odors were counteracted with a HEPA air scrubber, hydroxyl generators, and slow-release gels to restore a healthy and pleasant indoor air quality.
